Not Back Yet

Well I lost my cell phone at the fireworks display this weekend and it had all of the photo's I was planning on posting on this blog. So now I have nothing for you until I get a new phone. This sucks, but what can you do. Thanks for your patience.

The Big Gay Deal of the Day??

Companies today are finding new and innovative ways to target their prime demographic. However some companies tend to be a bit ignorant when it comes to demographics. Here is a prime example. While watching the openly gay Brett The Intern on Youtube this add popped up. This would be OK if most of his demographic was gay, however this is not necessarily the case. While I have no problem with gays at all I would also like to see a Big Straight Deal of the Day pop up on an ad.

Rogaine Anyone

I was driving down the road the other day when I noticed this license plate. Now that guy (or girl) must be a confident person to have accepted the fact that they are going bald and have proudly displayed it in plain sight. I for one do not have a problem with baldness, however I will say it creeps me out to see those dudes who are balding yet they have long stringy hair on the sides and back. Yeah, that gives me nightmares.

Parking Wars For Dummies

During the holidays it can be confusing on where to park when the snow has not yet been cleared. However have some common sense when you do so. This person clearly has not concept of space as they parked right in the middle of the aisle. There is an old saying that every group has an idiot, if you look around and cannot figure out who that is then it must be you. Considering no one else had this problem I think we know who would be the idiot.

Office Warfare 5 - The Birthday

As we continue the Office Warfare series we see that even on your birthday you can become the mark of an unsuspecting prank. Here we see not only a pink ribbon parade, but posters of the mark with a not so PC slogan emblazoned across them throughout the cube. This could have been far worse however on birthdays they do tend to take it easy on you.

OK, this sign made me chuckle. This is some tricky marketing tacktics as they simply are riding the coattails of a semi-popular tv show. I however would probably have used a show that gets higher ratings. My sign would have read something like this:

Axing My Balls May Not Be A Bad Thing

Well this is a bit suggestive. Advertising this day and age has definitely gone MTV generation on us. Do I mind, not really. Scantly clad girls definitely make me take notice. This one really made me laugh out loud so much that the guy sitting next to me at the tire place asked if I was OK. The best part is Axe definitely has a sense of humor, lets just hope their demographic does too. Can't wait to see what kind of nastiness is unveiled at the Super Bowl this year.
